vehicleverification.pk (“we”, “us”) publishes free, public guides that explain how to check vehicle registration on official Excise & Taxation portals in Pakistan. This policy describes what we collect, what we do not collect, and how to contact us.

We do not store vehicle records

This website is not a government database. We do not search, save, or host vehicle registration numbers, owner names, chassis numbers, CNIC details, or tax records. When you follow a portal link (for example MTMIS Punjab or Excise Sindh), that search happens on the official department website, under that department’s own terms and privacy rules.

Information we may collect

• Contact messages. If you write to us through the contact form or email, we receive the details you send (such as your name, email address, and message) so we can reply.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider and security tools may record standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit) to keep the site running and to prevent abuse.
• Cookies. WordPress and plugins such as Yoast SEO or Cloudflare may set cookies that are needed for the site to function, or that help us understand which pages are used.

How we use this information

We use contact details only to answer your question. We do not sell personal data. We do not use vehicle search data because we never receive it.
